Eastside Property Management LLC highly respects your privacy and it can also be refered as "Eastside Property Management" or "EPM" in the documents or web pages. All three names should be considered as same entity.

Your personal information will be shared with landlords as needed or with third-party service providers for credit, background, and employment checks, or for collections activity. We disclose information about you if required by law, in response to legal processes, or to prevent physical harm or financial loss. We reserve the right to transfer information if we sell our business or if the property you rent changes ownership. We may report tenant payment history and ledger balances to credit bureaus as required by law.

Maintenance Requests/Work Orders

Information provided for work orders will be used to determine the appropriate vendor or technician and to contact you as needed. You may receive SMS text messages from us or our third-party providers regarding rental, work orders, or property management matters. You can request to stop text messages at any time. Your number will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Rental Application & Lease Holders Data

Information provided on your application or obtained during the lease term will be used by third-party service providers for background checks, credit checks, employment verifications, or collections activity. These providers are not authorized to use the information except to perform services on our behalf or to comply with legal requirements. We may update your payment history & unpaid dues if any to the credit bureaus directly by us or through our third party service providers.
