- No money owed to landlords or utility
companies.
- Landlords may require a double
security
deposit based on
application information, credit history and
income sources.
- Lease guarantors are accepted on a
case-by-case basis and
subject to landlord approval.
- Renter’s Insurance is required for
all
properties with
Eastside
Property Management LLC listed as an additional interest.
Pets & Service (Emotional Support) Animals
- Decisions on pets are made by
individual
property owners and not property management.
- Certification is required for
consideration
of a service animal
status. Must be specified clearly in the rental application.
- Breed, type, and size restrictions
may apply.
- Non-refundable pet fee and monthly
pet rent
may also apply.
- Photo and recent vet records may be
required.
