Monthly verifiable household income must be at least three times the monthly rent.

Background check includes credit, criminal, and eviction records.
No active bankruptcies allowed.
No money owed to landlords or utility companies.
Landlords may require a double security deposit based on application information, credit history and income sources.
Lease guarantors are accepted on a case-by-case basis and subject to landlord approval.
Renter’s Insurance is required for all properties with Eastside Property Management LLC listed as an additional interest.


Pets & Service (Emotional Support) Animals

Decisions on pets are made by individual property owners and not property management.

Certification is required for consideration of a service animal status. Must be specified clearly in the rental application.
Breed, type, and size restrictions may apply.
Non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent may also apply.
Photo and recent vet records may be required.
